The Rotary Club of Whitburn received its charter in the summer of 1984. To celebrate 40 years of service to our communities – both at home and abroad – we held an event in late June where friends and family were joined by the Lord Lieutenant Moira Niven and our District Governor Narek Bido. Here’s to the next 40!
